Full Throttle Shift Cut is a limiter that is only activated when the clutch is depressed. It allows for full throttle shifting and will hold the cut RPM to ensure you land in the next gear at the appropriate RPM. Full Throttle Shifting can prevent boost from dropping on turbo platforms.
