KTuner End User Board for 06-07 Accord

Hello, I need some guidance, I have a 2006 Honda Accord EX Sedan, 4 cyl, MT. A couple of weeks ago, my car's ECU got wet due to AC evaporator leak. I decided to buy a used ECU and also I purchased a KTuner in-ECU end user board as specified on the KTuner website. I sent the ECU to an authorized KTuner dealer to be socketed and board installation which is in transit right now. My questions are: Is this is going to be a plug and play ECU? Since I do not have any enhancements like intake or exhaust systems installed in the car, do I have to do something with the KTuner software to make the car run? Is it needed to do something with the Immobilizer? Any help and guidance will be highly appreciated.
