Help needed, Civic 1.5T

Recently purchased a Ktuner and TSP 1.
After flashing the TSP tune to the ECU, the car will not start and the Ktuner interface will not connect to the ECU even after multiple attempts.
With the key in RUN position, the electrical systems start, all the system warnings/failures come up, the head unit takes several minutes to boot, and the windshield wipers move up and down slightly like they are trying to come up into the service position but failing.

If you failed a flash you're likely in recovery mode and it would give that option. Feel free to touch base with support via email, as your listed email address here doesn't have an account associated with it. I'm unsure what unit you have, etc.
