Hi,

I have a 2007 honda accord k24a8. I am going to be upgrading my transmission to the tsx 6spd transmission . I contacted ktuner directly for information and they directed me to HA Motorsports, for which they told me i need the AT accord ecu since the MT cannot do 6 spd reverse lockout, but i need to upload a manual calibration file for the ecu to work properly.

I haven't connected the ECU yet or downloaded the ktuner program, but i wanted to ask how do i get reverse lockout to work once i plug it in as i am not familiar with tuning programs and this is my first one and i would like to learn.

oh okay. I also assume a manual calibration file would be in the program somewhere to upload it to the ecu or something? or does it have to be provided by you guys?

If you see the 06-07 Accord page the MT is supported, so that's in the software. I'd recommend waiting to ask additional questions until you get to actually take a look.
