There’s no tuners or anything for the accord v6 of this gen and I was wondering if maybe the 08-12 k tuner would be compatible I doubt it, but any info or anything really helps thanks

It's not listed on our website as an application, so it is not directly supported.

Would a module for this gen and v6 be on the works at all?

No. Some have used the 07-08 TL ECU successfully.
