I just installed the k24a2 into my 06 Accord MT and everything is working good. There is a reflash that hondata has for the tsx is their anyway to mimic that in ktuner if I had the file?

If you're using a TSX ECU then their reflash may fit your needs. If you're using KTuner you should start with the available base file and tune it fully.
