k20z3 and pnn4 trans in 06 07 end user installed.

hello,
I have a few questions about properly starting a recent swap in my 06 07 accord
Recently i had xenoncron install a end user kit in my ecu. now that i finally got the feel of some minor tunning Im planning to swap my accord. my question is I bought a k20z3 and a pnn4 trans off a 08 Si. I'm wondering once i install the engine how can i get it started. on the recover ecu tab in the ktuner i see a couple of tunes preinstalled as basemap-oe tunes. will clicking the 06-11 si k20z3 tune get me started? since theres no basemaps to guide from on the 06 07 accord dbw Mt tab.
