07 Element ecu

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to use a 07 Element ecu in a 07 Accord? Will the ecu work and will I be able to tune normally? I acquired the ecu from a friends wrecked Element for a great price. My car is a 2007 Accord Ex 2.4 AT. Thank you in adavnced.
