I'm getting the p0139 and my ktuner doesn't have the disable option help !?

I have installed the PRL Street v2 downpipe with O2 spacer and I also get the error P0139. Can deactivating the code have negative consequences?

We can't discuss or suggest disabling emissions codes. You have the options available for testing right in the software.
