J35z2 Injector upgrade. How to tune?

As the title indicates, looking to upgrade to larger injectors. Can I tune for this and if so, how. Sorry in advance for my naivete.

Most MAF applications have injection time settings in parameters. You'll also have battery offset tables. If you're not familiar with MAF tuning or the available settings for your vehicle you may want to consult a professional tuner for help.

Where could I learn about all this? I understand consulting a pro is the right thing to do and I likely will, but I'm also eager to learn how to do it myself.
