Followed all the steps and got to the “Please connect to vehicle before connecting to the software” message, which I have done. Ktuner has the blue LED and everything is set up, but that massage just keeps repeating. I can’t get it to lock to my car’s ECU. Any idea on how to fix this?

Connect it to a vehicle with an ECU that is listed as supported for that unit and turn the key on. It will blink to show communication.

Im having the same issue. deleted ktuner and reinstalled program. vehicle is compatable with the 1.2 (2010 si) still does it. thought i may have been having issues with something else with the vehicle. replaced grounds and battery.

The unit will blink to show it's successfully communicating with the vehicle. Watch the tutorial video for the unit to see the entire process from start to finish.
