I made a mistake and locked my ktuner v1.2 with my 2017 fc6 1.8 and now my ktuner v1.2 is not able to unlock from that ecu as its saying that ecu software 37805-5FE-P620 is unsupported. How can i get my ktuner v1.2 unlocked from that ecu now. Please guide me to get it unlocked now.

Got in touched with ktuner support team and they said me to wait for the update so my issue would be resolved
i must appreciate the way they looked into my matter and bought me the comfort.

Finally my ktuner unit is unlocked which i locked to the unsupported ecu. I reached out to ktuner support with the issue i got and they resolved that issue in a very professional way they replied to all my mails on time and assured me that my issue will be resolved and finally it resolved. Iam happy and fully satisfied with their customer support.

Yesss all worked out and ktuner support team helped me alot and importantly answered to all of my mails which is a great thing
