How is this possible? The k.con just gradually went down .03 in a 45 minute spand and the count over 200+.

Knock control is what to watch. It will adjust as needed for your fuel quality and environmental factors. Unless knock count increases substantially in a short period of time it's not indicative of an issue. You can have hundreds of ignition events per second depending on your RPM.

So I changed the spark plugs which helped the knock count get to only 150 or so. Same 45 minute normal drive. RPM doesn’t ever go past 3500 all highway. K.con also went down to .49 the whole drive.
