17’ TLX Governor/Speed Limiter

I just loaded a simple tune onto my new 2017 Acura TLX Tech, I tried multiple times to flash but the speed limiter is still there. I’ve put it in sport + dropped it into the lowest gear and it still won’t move. It’s not a power issue because my 07’ TL 5 speed can easily hit 150 mph with limiter dropped so I’m sure a 9 speed can handle over 128/130 mph. The speed just drops at 130 no matter what gear your in, I believe I’m on the latest firmware as well. What seems to be the issue ?

It is not mentioned that limit is removed on the application page for that vehicle.

So in that case will there be a change to that eventually? Is it being working on or looked into?

I friggin love y’all and would my warranty company be able to know if I’ve installed it if I go back with factory tune?

If you flash to factory for all intents and purposes it would look factory.
