Acura TLX went into safe mode with Stage 1 tune

Was merging onto the highway and had the car accelerating at WOT. All of a sudden my TLX went into fail safe mode and locked itself into neutral gear while illuminating all the dashboard warning lights. luckily I had my Ktuner in my glove box and I was able to flash the Ecu back to the factory tune which fixed everything (was running the out of the box stage 1 ktune when it happened.) Still have my car on the factory tune but am wondering what happened. It drove perfectly fine for nearly 3 months with the stage 1 ktune until now.

If you have warning light you should read the codes first so you can have an idea what was wrong.

Our tunes don't alter anything that could possibly cause this. You should definitely check error codes next time around.
