Are there any pre-set tunes for the tlx 2.4 I currently have a short ram intake throttle body spacer and rv6 down pipe stock exhaust

There are, as outlined on the application page for the vehicle.

Intakes that change the MAF housing size will throw fueling off. If yours isn't one of those, then you'll be fine.

I too was wondering this. I was running the k&n type 69 performance intake with the rv6 downpipe. I wasn’t sure if since the maf sensor was moved that also meant the maf needed to be rescaled the housing still fits but I wasn’t sure if the location within the piping might affect the tune. I will say when changing between the intakes I notice a difference in the drivability and shifts.

Just moving it can also have an affect, but the much bigger change is when the housing size changes. You can check your fuel trims to see, generally.
