Is it normal to only read 80% throttle at WOT? My TPS is calibrated correctly reading 4.5v at WOT with a multimeter and 0.48v at closed. Not sure why KTuner is seeing 80% at WOT. Is there something I need to do?

This is on a 2003 Accord with a K24A

Yes. That's factory reading.
