Can I use V2 on 2003 Accord? (SOLVED)

Hello Members,
I currently have a 2003 Accord and using KTuner R1 Unit in the ECU. I've been looking into adding the TunerView app to an Android device and an easier way for data logging. Not to mention, I also purchased the standalone Bluetooth unit I need to solder into the KTuner PCB to get TunerView functionality on my Android device.
Before I venture that route, I would like to know if V2 will work with my vehicle and ECU. I see the site says it's not vehicle dependent but other info points that for my car, I can only use the R1 unit, which is what I've been using for a bit.
So, can I use the V2 device by plugging it directly to the USB cable that CES out of my ECU/KTuner PCB?
