Can't get ECU back to stock sku number after coming from hondata

I recently had modifications removed from my car and had the shop flash it back to the stock tune. The shop does use Hondata so more or less that's probably what's causing this. But anyway I bought a ktuner from phearable to run their 1.5 tune. I locked the ktuner to my ecu and went to upload the tune and noticed the ktuner software is showing both an A9X ECU sku and my original L9X sku the ktuner is also showing the A9X sku in the tools drop down menu for info about the unit. I found a thread on the Civicx forum where a member ran into the same problem and I tried the steps you guys gave him on their but I'm having no luck. I've tried to recover the ECU twice but the A9X sku is still showing up.
