Ktuner v2 brand new, keeps freezing

I just installed my v2 I bought from Axion Industries. Its working great, no issues with connection, setup, or tuning. I installed tune no problem.

However, every time I drive, it seems time related but I haven't timed it, the screen will freeze. It takes a unplug and plug back in to restore its function.

Its about 10 mins into drive I would say that I'm experiencing it and its every time I drive it. Once it does it that once, its fine after that. After that happens its fine for the remainder of my trip, which is 45 mins plus...

Is this a known issue, how can I correct it? Thank you

These are embedded systems, meaning they're programmed with code that runs the same every time it boots. That means it didn't run any differently after you unplugged it and plugged it back in, thusly I don't have any ideas for you. If you disabled Misfire make sure you don't have knock related items on the display.
