Another late night of GK5 tuning goodness at 3am. I made a custom 3 inch intake stepped up from the 2.5 inch throttle body. My main issue as of now is a rough idle and the car dies. I know it is a lean issue. The hardest thing for me is how tofix this at idle and under load. I could go buy a 300 dollar intake but don't see the necessity for this car. Do we have a way to adjust these afr readings for the GK5?

If you didn't change the MAF housing size there should be very minimal need for adjustment. If you did then you have access to the MAF scaling already.

Okay that's what I originally thought. Is there a certain way to calculate values for adjustment. It's hard to keep the car running so I don't think logging would help. And the maf is upsized.

Measure the difference in size and start there. I'd suggest contacting a professional tuner if you're not sure where to go from that point.
