Building a turbo Fit

Post by Energyboy5696 »

Hey Guys,

I have a 15 and was wondering if the Ktuner V2 would be a good tuner to go with for my turbo Fit build.

Other than if it's a good possibility, my only specific question is if I can wire in an electronic boost controller and control it via the Ktuner device.

Thanks!

There is no forced induction support for that ECU.

That's a very unhelpful and short response. If it's a tuner, I should be able to tune in more air. Is this not the case?

For a naturally aspirated setup, yes. The ECU isn't coded for forced induction support from the factory and you'll be fighting an uphill battle. The response was perfect for letting you know that.

I'm ready to fight that battle to the top of the hill, friend. I'm keen on using the Ktuner as it's such a good medium for dyno tuning.

Would I at least have live AFR reading with the device

You'll have full datalogging capabilities, yes.
