High knock control

Hi got a question so after the tune with throttle response II, I notice my knock control is @ 0.93-1.12 is this normal?

Knock control will vary based on your fuel quality and environmental factors. Also if you have an intake that's not properly sized and is throwing fueling off.

I only got a drop in k&n filter. I tried flashing back to factory and it seems to be pretty much the same reading of around .8-.9. Now my question is will this hurt my engine?

Knock control is supposed to vary based on your fuel quality and environmental factors. The fact that it is doing its job is not a bad thing. If you don't have an intake throwing off fueling find better quality gas.

Ok thanks for the reply, guess I will try different gas brand. Currently using 91 shell brand gas in Canada winter weather.

A lot of customers have not had great luck with Shell all around.
