Transmission system problems

So I flashed my 16 civic ext today using both software options in the program. Both times I tried stage 1. As soon as I started moving I got a transmission system problem and the car started to stutter and shake. It's a cvt and when I put it in any gear it slams in and shakes the whole car. Please help.

Update. I refreshed to factory. All the lights cleared I made it about 100 feet then the same thing happened. No error codes either time. Also the gear indicator shows all the gears at the same time.

These are the codes as read on a launch code reader. The last one is after clearing the codes.

You have actual errors for intermediate shaft sensor, if you look at your own photos.

You came in on later software, so you want to choose the later software option in KTuner.

Thanks. I ran that code to ground and looks like when I swapped the intake I tore one of the wires. Fixed and it runs great.
