Touch V2 ability to tune for boost?

Theres a rumor in the J series community that the ktuner is not able to tune for boosted applications on the 07/08 TLS ecu.
Is this true?

If your interpretation of the included tune description that says "Forced Induction Starting Point" means something other than what it actually says I suppose that could be taken as true.
