How to get a base map and car turned on

Hello I'm new to ktuner.I have a 2006 rsx base model k20a3.How can I get a base map and get the car turned on with it? Also how can I get rid of immobilizer ?

If you have the unit please follow the tutorial video to open a tune. Immobilizer disable is in the disables section of main parameters on the left.
