I think I messed up.

Post by BlakeQ95 »

Hey guys, so I was going to adjust my launch control and after I changed it I clicked upload base code and now my car isn't starting.
I tried recovery and flashing it back to the stock tune but no luck. I'm a newb sorry.

Upload basecode reflashed the vehicle. If you have an ECU that's not factory you may need to disable immobilizer as well. That being the case, if it's not your original ECU it won't run on the factory tune.

Yes I have the ecu package with end user. It was working a second ago before I tried to mess with the
2 step and after I clicked upload basecode the car wouldn't start anymore.

Hey no problem. Glad it was simple.

If you started with a new file the immobilizer is not disabled by default.

If you're trying to commit what you've changed to the ECU you upload basecode. You should also save your tune file so you can open it back up and continue from where you left off.
