Let us know how it goes and we'll work on the threshold setup!

Alright, my car doesn't hit full boost and bogs in the higher RPMs. My spark plugs gapped (by my tuner), gas, fuel pump 450lph, to even my vacuum lines from wastegate to MAC are all good. AFR's dips to 9.9 when iVTEC engages and my tuner tried to work his magic. I've checked grounds and nothing. My car's chilling till I buy another fuel pump but this time 485lph.

If you're bogging in the higher RPMs from running 9.9AFR you'd be able to fix that by adjusting the fuel maps and WOT enrichment tables.

True also I'm running 2200cc injectors. I have faith on my tuner, he tried to run his magic but it still bogged. He noted it's fuel issue related and we couldn't figure out the problem during session. I'll report again in the next dyno day

Set the battery offset tables? And the WOT enrichment tables?

I didn't do it myself but I bet money Suja did everything to make something work. We'll see after I get my pump in

Ya, he seems like a competent tuner. Have him double check both WOT enrichment settings though! The cat heating usually dumps it into the 10s.
