So last night i tried to do some data logs and all of the sudden ktuner is reporting a constant 14.7 af/r using the stock wbo2, regardless of how im driving. I've been using ktuner on my turbo rsx for over a year now and never had this happen. Now, i know my secondary o2 is fouled because i'm running a test pipe without a cel eliminator, so iv'e had a cel for that for a while. But i'm not getting any other codes for my primary.... And if my primary is damaged, wouldnt that make my car run really rough?

That is an indication that the sensor has failed.
No, it wouldn't run rough unless it was poorly tuned and relying on fuel trims to compensate.
