VTEC not working

So vtec issue was fixed, turned out to be vtc solenoid. There is still an issue with idle being too rich. I have 1700cc Bosch injectors, it’s been tuned and they can’t get AFR to stabilize only in idle, driving it it’s fine.

If they're running the correct injector type then it sounds like battery offsets are not correct, but they'd already know that as a tuner.
