Going into limp mode

Hey just got my Ktuner a couple months ago and use the reflash #2 it has been great so far. However recently the car will sometimes go into limp mode at start up. Turning the car off and on fixes it and I can drive normally. There are no CELs and it usually happens when I first start the car after it has been sitting for awhile. I reflashed again just to be safe but it still sometimes happens.

Ensure the unit is installed properly and secure in the ECU. Who prepped the ECU for you?

I will do that. I received it already installed by HAmotorsports. I have a feeling it might be the solder joints but I'm not sure as I'm not an expert on soldering by any means.
EDIT: I figured it out. It was the battery losing voltage. Thanks

HAMotorsports does good work, so you should be good there.
Battery can definitely be a problem.
