Hi, wondering if installing an RBC manifold onto a set up currently tuned for PRB manifold would urgently require retune/adjustments? or will Ktuner and the ecu make necessary adjustments accordingly

You would likely bring in more airflow at certain points requiring a change to the fuel maps.
