Knock control

I’ve been trying to keep an eye on my knock control recently, as I’ve heard that it’s the “best” way to monitor ignition timing . So that being said. Is there some kind of rule of thumb to keep in mind here. Is there a knock control value that is considered “dangerous”? Should I be looking to keep it below a certain value? Casual driving on base tables learned down as low as .06 and maxed at about .21. Adding 2° of timing to those points, showed me values as high as .41, but would learn back down to about .27 or so. I know this value is always going to change as I drive, so I’m not stressing the fluctuations too much. And I know that if I start seeing values at .80+ I may want to look into fixing some things. But should I worry if I see the numbers climb into the .60/.70 area?
