TSX Engine into an S2000

We are swapping an 07 TSX engine into an S2000 complete with the TSX ECU (RBB-A05).
Will we be able to use k-tuner to tune this arrangement? Will we be able to use ktuner to disable the immobilizer?

RBB-A05 is 2006. Please see 04-06 TSX application page on our website. The ECU is not compatible and requires a KTuner Prepped TSX ECU package.

Well that's odd. It looks like we were mistaken, it is an 06.
But the KTuner Prepped ECU package. Will that replace the ECU we already have and have the immobilizer already disabled?

Your ECU doesn't have the right hardware to use our unit. Our TSX kit does. You can disable immobilizer.
