Hey I just got a brand new ktuner v2 I plug it into my car the light inside the lcd turns on for a few seconds then just turns right off after and dasent connect to my ecu what could that be?

If you have a supported ECU, which are listed on each vehicle application page, the only other reason for no communication is not having the key on fully.
