In these tables, what is considered low vs high load?

The closest answer I found was in the Civic forums - that "its a combo of RPM and MAP". Are there more specifics as to when the two modes pass between each other?

Higher MAP regardless of RPM or higher RPM regardless of MAP will essentially be considered high load. Platforms can vary.
