I noticed on ktuner.com that there is support for 37820-5G0-A81 through A85 (Accord V6 '13-'17). Admittedly, after failing to physically locate my ECU's serial number on my car, I called the dealership for the number by giving them my VIN. They gave an ECU serial of 37820-5G0-A86. The car is a 2017 Accord Touring (Auto). It would seem my ECU has missed the cut...unless there's a chance the website just hasn't been updated. Do you currently offer support to the A86 ECU or is it in development by chance?

If it's in the series it should work just fine. The software that's on it is more important than the sticker number. Honda can update the sticker number at any time.
