Throttle dampening

Hello, I bought and used ktuner for a few months but recently started doing some research to try to understand why the throttle always seems inconsistent. I came upon the concept of throttle dampening as reported in a few other threads here and on civic and accord boards. I also noticed that throttle dampening is removed in the civic and 10th gen accord platforms. Is this a feature that can be added to the 8th gen platform? If so, can I make a feature request? Would be great to see. Thanks!
