Basic Tweaks to j35z2 (VCM) ?

I have a 2012 V6 coupe so my "S" manual mode holds out on gears with paddle shifters. What are some basic things to tweak? (I'm on the second basemap for exhaust + intake.)
What is a safe rpm to bump up the limiter to? 7200? 7300?
My mods are takedia SRI, magnaflow cbe, rv6 jpipe,3.7l intake and manifold.
I felt the difference with base map 2 in the top end for sure. Was fun. Thinking of making the drive to IMW to get a custom dyno tune (about a 3 hour drive from me.)
