j37 manifold and tb and Ktuner

Hi.
I'm on 12 accord 3.5, 6 speed at the moment with just few exhaust components at bolt ons (J pipe and pcd). I am also on ktuner preloaded map for my car. I am looking into j37 intake manifold and TB. Will the preloaded map work fine with the new mods or do I have to get it custom tuned. (Yes I know it SHOULD be tuned to maximize the HP and drivability) But my question is will it run without CEL, hesitation or something unusual or ODD?
