P-1078 Intake Manifold disabled when flashing Tune 2

I have a 2009 accord v6 auto. I just flashed Tune 2 that comes with the K-Tuner software. I noticed that in the disable/monitors setting that P-1078- “Intake Manifold Runner Control” was disabled. I don’t know if I accidentally checked the box to disable it or if it disabled automatically when I flashed the ecu. Should I uncheck the box to enable it?
