Cracking fuel compared to ECT fuel cracking

I having a issue with hard starts, hot or cold (worse cold) sprintex supercharger with rdx injectors.... kit came with a tune which is about 85% correct.... I’m having major issues with starting mostly cold. Tune file has major adjustments on cracking fuel map, but zero adjustments on ect fuel cranking; what is the actual difference between these two at cold start.
