Injector Delay and Voltage

Is the fuel injectors delay calculated off the voltage in the logs?
My logs say I’m running 14.1 volts so I wanted to make sure it’s running a delay according to the 14 volts on the fuel injector delay setting.
I’m running a piggy back Ecuador’s to increase boost and I need to know which injector delay value it’s using.
