K24a2 in 05 Accord - no ECT limiter?

Am I correct in seeing there is no ECT limiter setting on the 05 accord ECU? The car had this feature on the stock ecu but adding the in-ecu chip its gone and I dont see a way to enable it

I am looking for a way to limit the engine RPMs (say 1100rpm) if engine coolant temperature crosses a threshold ( say 212° F).
