No Basemaps after selecting my supported ECU

No Basemaps after selecting my supported ECU

Im trying to see the basemaps for my 2014 civic r18a ecu number: 37820R1JA540M1 but the basemap creator window just closes after i select my ecu and click next... What I find weird is that in the ktuner unit information the software number does not fit the ecu number... I really need help on that please!
