Tuner problem

Keeps popping up that my v1.2 wont lock to my ecu, please help!!!

I'm not aware of an error along those lines, so you'll have to be more specific.

I just bought a brand new ktuner, and when i put it in my obd 2 and commect it to my laptop it tells me the ktuner has not been locked to an ecu, Please connect to vehicle before connecting to the software, i have no clue what else to do

If you have a vehicle supported by that device you'd want to do exactly what it says in the message, with the key on of course.

I have an 09 civic si, i have tried but it wont pop up the message for me to lock it to my ecu, and its stressing me out big time

Ensure the device is plugged in properly to the OBD port, the key is on, and the unit LED is flashing to signify communication with the ECU.

It flashes when i plug it into my computer but stays blue after about a second

Ensure the device is plugged in properly to the OBD port, the key is on, and the unit LED is flashing to signify communication with the ECU. That's before you plug it into the computer. You may want to watch the tutorial video in the online help, as this is all covered there.
