Hey guys new here but figured I’d reach out for suggestions,

I’m familiar with the ktuner software (I’m on version 1.0.11.0) I recently purchased a 1.2v from two step performance which includes the unit & stage 1 tune. Got my file a few days ago only to not be able to open the tune file on the ktuner software. I know to click file-open tune and the name should pop up on the left hand corner along with the typical warning message that the tune is locked.

My issue is that when I click to open the tune file I was sent nothing happens at all. I have attempted this on my own pc and a friends and have had no luck.

Any help would be appreciated!

Sounds like you haven't locked to a vehicle yet or you were sent the wrong file. You should be asking TSP since those aren't our files. Make sure you gave them the correct numbers.

Thanks! Reached out to tsp and they sent me the wrong file. New one matches the desc of my ecu so I’ll try to reflash tonight
