Ecu question.

Post by reszulton »

Hi I am planning on getting ktuner to tune my 2019 civic sedan lx with 2.0l engine. Just want to confirm my ecu part number or version is supported. Mine says 37820 5BB-C04. It seems to be on the list under international instead of North America. Can you confirm my ecu is supported with ktuner. Also is the option to disable Rev hang support for my ecu version?
Also I want to know if it's possible to flash tune using a mobile phone. I hear tunerview app can flash tunes with Bluetooth connection, but is it possible to do so even if ktuner is brand new or do I have to use my laptop for the first time.

If it's on the list.

Not all ECU codebases have the rev hang disable.

A laptop is needed for locking and setup.

You can check for the option once you're in the software. If you're basing the decision to get it on the feature simply don't get it. Again, not all 2.0 codebases have that option.
