I just recently took delivery of a new 2020 Civic with 1.8L NA R18. Well, this is what we get here in Pakistan. The 1.5T was way beyond my budget. The only dealer in my country has the solution for 1.5T. Any ideas what are my options with regards to KTuner for this setup?

I do not know what ECU type that uses and it's not listed as supported.
