so with the new software update 1.0.9.4 the 2020 is is now fully supported correct?

I keep my v2 k tuner plugged in all the time and mounted in my car but when i get in and turn my car on it doesnt boot up so i have to un plug it and plug it back in every time i start my car. I just want to know if anyone else is have this issue or is this normal? Thanks

Correct. They added a CAN bus gateway so CAN activity is blocked from waking the device. That has zero to do with full 2020 tuning support.

We do have a beta firmware with an option to disable the CAN wake deep sleep which will draw more current. Feel free to email support.

Emailed over the weekend and received a reply about this. What are the implications of using this beta feature to disable the CAN wake deep sleep? Also, how would I go about getting that beta functionality on my device?

Following up - have been running the CAN GATEWAY beta option for a couple of days now with no issues. KTuner v2 wakes up when I turn the car on as expected. No noticeable drain issues due to increased current draw.

Ive had the ktuner v2 for about 2 months now and do you guys have any day you will officially release the new software update for the 2020 si? I tried to email you guys about trying out the beta to block the can gateway. My email is petertruong800@gmail.com
